【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheenvironmentalconditionsencounteredwithinEurope.Itcanalsobeappliedelsewherebyagreementbetweenthesupplierandthecustomer.ThescopeofthisEuropeanStandardcoversthedesignandtheuseofequipmentandanyportableequipmentforsignallingandtelecommunicationssystems(includingtest,measure,monitoringequipment,etc.).TheportableequipmentmustcomplywiththesectionsofthisEuropeanStandardrelevanttotheiruse.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotspecifythetestrequirementsforequipment.Inparticularthestandardintendstodefine–interfaceconditionsbetweentheequipmentanditsenvironment,–parameterstobeusedbydesignerswhencalculatingR.A.M.S.andlifetimewithrespecttoenvironmentalconditioneffects.InthisrespectitgivesgeneralguidanceinordertoallowconsistentassessmentsofcontractdocumentationforEuropeanprojects.Thedefinedenvironmentalconditionsareconsideredasnormalinservice.Microclimatessurroundingcomponentsmayneedspecialrequirementstobedefinedbytheproductstandard.Theeffectsofanysignallingandtelecommunicationsequipment(ineitherorfailuremodeofoperation)ontheoverallsignallingsystemsafetyarenotwithinthescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotprovidethedesignerwithinformationtoenablehimtodeterminethesafetyriskassociatedwithenvironmentalconditions.Thesafetyofpersonsinthevicinityof(orworkingon)thesignallingandtelecommunicationsequipmentisalsooutofthescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.TheeffectsofvandalismontheequipmentarenotconsideredinthisEuropeanStandard.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoallsignallingandtelecommunicationssystemsexceptthoseusedforcranes,miningvehiclesandcablecars.Itdoesnotdefinethespecificationsfortrain-bornesignallingandtelecommunicationssystems.Thetrain-bornesignallingandtelecommunicationssystemsmustcomplywithrollingstockenvironmentalconditionsspecifications(EN50125-1).

【摘要】:Thistestmethodestablishesproceduresforcollectingelevationanddistancedataoflongitudinalandtransverseprofilesonatraveledsurface.Resultsofthistestareusedprimarilyto:Evaluatetheroughnessoftraveledsurfaces,usinganyofseveralroughnessindicesshowninTable1.EquationsrequiredforcalculationsofvariousindexesarecontainedinreferencesshowninTable1.Note18212;Whenthistestisusedtoevaluatethecomplianceofanewpavementsurfacewithcontractroughnessspecifications,thetimelinessofthetestinrelationtothedateofthesurface''sinstallationisofcriticalimportance.SincemostPortlandcementconcretesurfaceswillchangeshapewithinafewdaysafterinstallationx2014;duetochangesinthermalandmoisturegradientswhichcausecurlingatjointsandcracksandslabedgesx2014;forcontractorqualitycontrolonly,itmaybedesirabletogatherprofiledatawithin72hafterpavementinstallation.Investigatetheeffectofdifferentconstructionmethodsonresultingpavementsurfaceroughness.Investigatethecurvatureof(1)pavementsurfacesduetocurling,and(2)deflectionofstructuralmemberswithinbridgesandotherstructures.Identifythelocationsinneedofcorrectivegrinding.MeasurerutdepthusingcomputersimulationinaccordancewithTestMethodE1703/E1703M.1.1Thistestmethoddescribesthemeasurementoftransverseandlongitudinalsurfaceprofilesonpavedroad,bridge,andairportsurfacesusingarollinginclinometertravelingatwalkingspeed.1.2Itisdesignedto(1)quantifytheroughnessofnewpavementsandbridgedecks;(2)Investigatetheeffectofvariousconstructionmethodsonsurfaceroughness;(3)determinethelocationforcorrectivegrinding;and(4)evaluatetheeffectofcorrectivegrinding.1.3ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemmustbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
