【摘要】:Thispracticecanbeusedinsamplingashfromakilnorincinerator,soils,andprocesswastefromconveyingsystems,suchas,aconveyerandverticallifts.Someslurries,suchasthebottomsolids,canbesampledfromthequenchwatersattheendofakiln.Thispracticecanbeusedtodeterminematerialbalancesforburnerefficiencystudiesandcompliancestudies.Thispracticecanbeusedonlifts,sloping,andhorizontalconveyorsystems.Thetypeofconveyorandtheamountandtypeofsamplerequiredwilldictatethetypeofsamplingequipmentrequiredtogetarepresentativesample.Thesampleistakendirectlyfromtheconveyorbeforeemptyingintothewastecontainerorpilefordisposalorrecyclingusingascoop,dipper,orshoveldependinguponthesamplerequirements(seePracticeD5633).Thesampleisthenputintothesamplecontainerforanalysis.Theplace,quantity,frequency,andtimeofsamplingisdependentupontheconveyingsystemequipment,DQOs(PracticeD5792),workorsamplingplan(SeePracticeD5283andGuideD4687),andanalysistoberun.4.5.1Largeparticlescanbemechanicallyexcludedonabeltsystem.Largeparticlesmayaccumulateatthebottomofaninclined/slopedbeltsystem.Therefore,steps,ifpossible,needtobetakensothatparticlesofallsizeshaveequalchancesofbeingsampled.4.5.2Thenumberofsamplesandsampletimeisdependentuponthesystem,theprecisionrequired,thedecisionsthataretobemade,thecost,andthedegreeofheterogeneityofthematerial(seeGuideD5956,PracticeD6250,andGuideD6311).4.5.3Ingeneral,theidealsamplinglocationisnearesttothepointofgenerationsincetemperature,oxidation,andairmovementmaychangesomesampleswithtime.Thepracticedoesnotaddressissuesrelatedtotheheterogeneityofthesample.1.1Thispracticedescribesstandardproceduresforsamplingwasteonopenandclosedconveyingsystemsandisapplicabletoanywastematerialthatcanbeconveyedtoawastepileorcontainer.Theconveyorsystemcanbeavertical(verticallifts),slopedorhorizontaltype.1.2Thispracticeisintendedforparticlesandslurries,whichcanbesampledusingscoop,dipperorshoveltypesamplers.1.3Thepracticeisnotintendedforlargesizesampleconstituents,suchasboulders,largerocks,anddebris.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthestaticvulcanizedadhesionstrengthofrubbercompoundstorigidmaterials.Thetestpieceiscomposedoftwoconicalendsoftherigidmaterial,joinedbyacylinderofrubber.Theadhesionisobtainedbyabondingsystemwhichcanincludenotonlytherigidmaterialandtherubbercompound,butotherelementssuchasthinalloycoatingsorchemicaltreatmentsofrigidpartsandeitherasinglecementorbothprimerandcovercements.Thebondingsystemforpreparingthetestpiecesshouldbeadequatelyspecifiedbytheuser,butprovisionismadeinthisInternationalStandardfortheevaluationofdifferenttypesoffailurerelatedtoacomplexbondingsystem.Themethodisdesignedprimarilyfortestpiecespreparedinthelaboratoryunderstandardconditionsinordertoprovidedatafordevelopmentandcontrolofbondingsystemsandtheircomponents,suchascementsorspecialrubbercompounds,andofmethodsofmanufacture.Whileintendedtobeappliedwheretherubberisbondedtorigidsupportingpieces,itmightnotcoversuchcaseswherethesupport,althoughofhighmodulusmaterial,hasalowrigidityduetosmalltransversedimensions,asinthecaseofrubberbondedtometalwires,cordsorthinsheets.
