【摘要】:1.1Thisguidewillassistcompaniesthatmanufacture,buy,orsell,orboth,substances,preparations,andarticlestoensurethatsupplychainscomplywiththeEuropeanUnion’sRegistration,Evaluation,andAuthorizationofChemicals(REACH)regulation.Thisisaccomplishedbyidentifyingthespecificinformationelementsthatmustbespecified,requestedandexchangedincommunicationbetweenactorsinthesupplychain.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
