【摘要】:ThispartofISO10303specifiestheuseoftheintegratedresourcesnecessaryforthescopeandinformationrequirementsforTechnicalDataPackages(TDPs)(see3.5.28)tobeexchangedamongproductdatamanagementsystems.Eachenterpriseusescontent,format,andthelevelofconfigurationcontrolasparameterswhenestablishingitsproductexchangeoraccessrequirementsamongbusinesspartners.Becauseofthediversesetofproducts,productdata,andlifecycleprocessesPDMsystemssupport,thispartofISO10303allowsmanycombinationsoftheseparametersandtheirvalues.Usingadefinedsetoftheseparameters,thedisclosureofproductinformationneedstobesufficienttosatisfythebusinesspurposeoftheTDP.NOTE1TDPsmaybepreparedtoalevelwheretheproductinformationissufficienttoevaluateaproductdefinitionconcept.OraTDPmaybepreparedtoalevelwheretheproductinformationissufficienttoenablefulldesigndisclosure(see3.5.9).RequirementsforthispartofISO10303werederivedfromfunctionsthatcreateanduseTDPsandresidethroughouttheproduct’slifecycle.ThekeyinformationalaspectsaddressedinthispartofISO10303aresharedandexchangedthroughouttheproduct’slifecycle.NOTE2Withinaproduct'slifecycle,therearemanyfunctionsthatcreateandusethetechnicalinformationaboutaproduct.Figure3illustratesthefunctionalusageoftechnicaldatawithineachlifecyclephaseofaproduct.Thelargestpercentageofthetechnicaldataisdevelopedintheconceptdevelopment,conceptandvalidation,andproductandprocessdevelopmentlifecyclephases.Theoperationsandsupportlifecyclephase,formostproductsorcommodities,isthelongestandisimpactedthegreatestbythequalityandusabilityoftheTDPinformation.TheproductionlifecyclephasetypicallyhasthesecondlargestusageoftheinformationcontainedwithintheTDP.Intheproductionandproductprocessdevelopmentlifecyclephase,TDPdataisusedtobuildanddelivertheproduct.NOTE3TheapplicationactivitymodelinannexFprovidesagraphicalrepresentationoftheprocessesandinformationflowsthatarethebasisforthedefinitionofthescopeofthispartofISO10303.
