【摘要】:ThispartofISO9992isapplicabletotheuseofIntegratedCircuitCardsissuedbyFinancialInstitutionsinretailfinancialapplicationsinaninterchangeenvironment.Itspecificallyaddresses:-thefunctionsrequiredforfinancialinterchange,-thestructureandtypesofmessagesbetweentheIntegratedCircuitCard(ICC)andtheCardAcceptingDevice(CAD)toeffectthosefunctions,-theidentificationanddefinitionofdataelementswhichmayorshallbeusedduringexchangesbetweentheICCandtheCAD.ISO9992-1establishestheconceptsbywhichtheICCandtheCADexchangemessages.ThismakesitnecessaryalsotodescribethelogicalstructureofdatawithintheICC.ThispartofISO9992definesmessagestosupportthesecurityrequirementsofauthentication(e.g.cardauthentication,CADauthentication,cardholderverification).Itdoesnotspecifyorrecommendanymethodorprocedure.SecuritytechniquesshallbeimplementedinaccordancewithISO10202.ThispartofISO9992isindependentofthecapabilitiesoftheCAD(connectableornot,attendedorunattended)anditsstatus(on-lineoroff-line).ThispartofISO9992doesnotdefinethemethodologiesdeployedtoimplementanapplication.ThispartofISO9992isbasedontheexistenceofalogicaldatastructureandprovidesrulesforthewaydataintheICCislogicallyreferencedbytheCAD.ItdoesnotdefinehowdataisphysicallystructuredintheICC.
